Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our services. By booking a cleaning service with Cleaning Whizz Ltd you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
Cleaning Whizz Ltd (Company No. 15240652) is a cleaning agency registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is 124 City Road, Birmingham, B17 0HJ. We act as an agency introducing self-employed cleaners to clients.

2. Our Services
Cleaning Whizz Ltd provides domestic cleaning, deep cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning and commercial cleaning services. We introduce vetted, DBS-checked cleaners to clients and manage the scheduling and quality of those services.
All cleaners introduced by Cleaning Whizz Ltd are:
- DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked
- Reference verified
- Covered by public liability insurance
- Interviewed and assessed by us before placement
3. Booking and Confirmation
- Bookings are accepted by phone, email or via our website enquiry form
- A booking is confirmed only when you receive written or verbal confirmation from us
- We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion
- For regular cleaning services, the schedule agreed at booking will continue until cancelled by either party
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are as quoted and agreed at the time of booking
- Regular weekly cleaning: from £17 per hour (labour only)
- Fortnightly cleaning: from £18.50 per hour (labour only)
- One-off cleaning: from £20 per hour (labour only)
- Equipment and products: £3 per hour additional if required
- Payment is due after the clean is completed and you are satisfied
- We do not take upfront deposits for standard cleaning services
- End of tenancy cleaning is priced per property — a quote will be provided in advance
- Prices are subject to change; existing clients will receive 30 days' written notice of any increase
5. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel or reschedule a booking with 48 hours' notice at no charge
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 2 hours at the agreed hourly rate
- Same-day cancellations (within 24 hours) will be charged the full cancelled session fee
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to staff illness, emergency or circumstances beyond our control. In this case, no cancellation fee applies
6. Access to Your Property
- You agree to provide safe and unobstructed access to your property at the agreed time
- You are responsible for securing or removing fragile, irreplaceable or valuable items prior to the clean
- Where key access is provided, keys will be stored securely and returned upon request or at the end of the service
- You confirm that you have the right (as owner or tenant with permission) to allow cleaning services at the property
7. Satisfaction Guarantee and Complaints
- If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your clean, please notify us within 48 hours
- For end of tenancy cleans, we offer a free 7-day reclean guarantee — if your landlord raises a concern within 7 days, we will return and rectify the issue at no charge
- We will investigate all complaints promptly and aim to resolve within 5 working days
- Complaints do not affect your statutory rights
8. Liability
- Cleaning Whizz Ltd and its introduced cleaners carry public liability insurance
- Any claim for damage must be reported within 24 hours of the clean and before the area is disturbed
- Our liability for damage is limited to the cost of repair or replacement at current market value, up to the limits of our insurance policy
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, damage caused by items not properly secured by the client, or indirect losses
- We are not liable for any loss caused by your failure to follow our care instructions
9. Equipment and Cleaning Products
- Clients may supply their own cleaning products and equipment at no additional charge
- Where Cleaning Whizz supplies equipment and products, an additional charge of £3 per hour applies
- We use professional-grade, commercially approved cleaning products
- Please inform us of any allergies or material sensitivities before the clean
10. Confidentiality
Our cleaning staff are required to maintain confidentiality regarding your home, its contents and any personal information observed during a cleaning visit. Any breach of confidentiality will be treated as a serious disciplinary matter.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — is the property of Cleaning Whizz Ltd and protected by copyright. It may not be reproduced without our written permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available at cleaningwhizz.uk/terms-and-conditions/. Continued use of our services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
14. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK legislation.
